A mediation session usually lasts up to 1 ½ hours. The number of sessions depends upon the nature and complexity of the issues and the pace at which you need to go.
There is currently a voucher scheme in operation which, if granted, can provide up to £500.00 inc VAT (£250.00 inc VAT per person) towards fees for mediation sessions relating to child arrangements. It only covers session fees not MIAMS, Outcome Notes / Memorandums / Agreed Proposals. The voucher can only be granted once.
